I have seen those guys at GLD. I beat that black GTO with my twin-turbo Ford Flex last fall. They are a nice bunch of guys but a little short on intellect... It's two brothers and their dad that race together. They were having some problems with it obviously, it was blowing a lot of oil out the tailpipes... When I first saw it in the lanes, I thought it might have been the car I brought back to Milwaukee in 1990 from California, so I struck up a discussion with them. Wasn't my old car though. Watched it run, then setup a little grudge match. Showed them some tail lights in the grocery getter. To be fair, they really were friendly and showed respect to my Ford product. I showed them some pix of the Judge and they loved it...

Just to add- I bet they took that photo that day at GLD when I saw them. The date appears to say Aug 2014, but you can clearly see the bare trees facing west from the pits and it was a beautiful sunny day. In August the trees would be lush and green, so that date is probably not set right on the camera. Sure looks like the same spot they were in and it can't be August with those bare trees...

Great father son project if you really hate your kid and have $2500 to throw in a hole IMO.

Appears to be a late 60's Honda CT90.
If it's one of the ones made of gold it's worth $2500. But ... none of them were made with gold. |

It just amazes me people can't actually read the badges on the car, or the writing on the title.

What are you talking about? It clearly says right on the badges- Gran Deville. Not to be confused with the much more common, and less valuable, Grand Ville.

A VERY expensive Bonneville
I came across this on Ebay the other day. I like those '59s, but I'm not sure there's anybody that loves them this much.
