Not sure, it's a nice, clean old unit so probably a Lakewood. SFI sticker dated April of 98

The reason it looks universal is that it's designed to accommodate bolt pattern for buick and olds engines as well, hence the "BOP" (buick-olds-Pontiac) acronym used within the hobby.
