I thought the SS came with bucket seats, was a bench seat an option?

I think only 96 cars came with the buckets and console. 94/94 had bench seats

Take the lid off the Ford and it will always leak after you put it back on... and its too heavy . you need a ceiling lift to hoist it . Looks like fun, but has a price...

In Montana, the Bronco is the more sellable and desirable market wise. By a lot. They are hot ticket vehicles and people are painting / lifting / tricking out.

Agree on the exhaust. Long tubes, gut the cats (it’s a 95- OBD 1) and a cold air intake makes it quite the car. It already has a Hotchkis engine bay brace (it’s massive).
I knew a kid with a 94 black ss. Was tinted 5% all around, tinted tails, 20" chrome Iroc wheels. Shaved the heads, threw a healthy cam in it, long tubes and Flowmaster 40s.

She was a mean ol big girl. It moved right out, and floated down the highway. Such a cool car.

Well, those Broncos have always appealed to me and on an emotional level that would be my choice. Having said that, I think the SS would be the smart move. It looks turnkey.

Unless you are an ex-NFL player who *might* have murdered someone, I'd skip the Bronco.

That SS would be the hot ticket.

For that money I’d buy both. Drive the Impala while working on the Bronco. That way you don’t have to make a decision. Good luck

Space is an issue so both probably won’t happen. As it is I am wondering where in the hell I’m going to store one of them!

The SS sits outside under cover in OH so if it HAS to sit outside in TX it isn’t the end of the world. I offered to ship another car back to my dad for it but not if it is going to sit out in the snow. Since I got my 16 yr old we have three cars in the driveway so I would probably end up getting another storage unit but that certainly raises the cost of the car.

As long as all of my cars don’t come back from the different shops at the same time I should be okay.

I have a 73 K5 Blazer that is done and gets driven about once a year so not sure I would actually use the Bronco....

Impala.
I love Ford trucks but Broncos ride rough, have clumsy handling and they’re a bit too bulky for serious off road use.

Without question....Impala SS. Comfortable and can perform well.

I like both, but the SS will be better. The optispark is the glaring issue with that LT-1.

Those opti sparks were a crazy, almost unbelievable design. All they needed was remote sensor to see what position the motor was in and they put everything in the same spot!

We have four LT-1 cars so I am very familiar with them I replaced the opti on this Impala a few years ago (probably only 200 miles since) but that doesn’t mean anything, it could go out tomorrow.
