I always love the descriptions that wax nostalgic about how "mint" everything is and how it "is all exactly the way it left the factory". No it isn't. When it left the factory, it was new and not rusted beyond recognition, neglected by a non-caring owner for 47 years, left outside to rot away to nothing. If the engine isn't full of water and ruined, the asking price isn't as crazy as some I have seen. May be easier to scan and 3D Print a new car rather than trying to work with what's left there.

Have gotten into trouble before asking if a nicely restored car has the original factory defects.

The SD TA actually looks solid underneath (except for the exhaust pipes) as it was at least partially undercoated. Still a shame how the car was left out and neglected for decades.

“Mint” interior if you ignore the spider webs and what looks like sights of a rat infestation.

That appears to be a Flow Master kit. I put one on my GTO and hated how low it hung. Did a few mods to it and now you can barely see it.

Wonder if he blew the engine on the SD at 10,000 miles and parked it.

At first glance at least, that Tempest seems like a steal.

I don’t hate the LeMans. I hate the Chevy motor and I can’t stand red engine bays, but other than that the car seems in line with the market. What else are you going to buy for 25k that you can enjoy and is shiny?

Agree about the motor and engine bay in the LeMans. Not sure what the purpose was for a pic of a girl with a wrench in hand...
