Submerged duration has to be very limited with the snorkel as the only means of fresh air. That's gotta put a strict limit on dive depth also.
And I'll bet they use a lot more fuel than the average jet-ski.

I thought the one being painted like a "P-51" was more than a little disjointed.
You'd need suplimentary oxygen in that one too.
