Guys we all know an Olds 403 is a lightweight, as many of us have pulled them out of parts and project cars.

At the same time, have to remember Rex has a problem with the concept of measurable weight. One of my favorite "Rexisms" is an all metal low option '73 GTO weighs 3600 lbs...could never wrap my head around that one, and yes, I've scaled a few '73's.

My fav from a couple years back was calling a parking brake strut a "brake balance bar" and without it in place your brake shoes would wear out unevenly...

My low option '73 GTO weighed in at 3750 lbs.
