Default Car totaled years ago. Any point in saving the build sheet?

So my folks had a '70 Formula Firebird when it was a couple years old. They sold it in the mid '70s and it was totaled shortly after they sold it. So, I would guess it was stripped and baled long ago. Mom was digging through some old papers a while back and came across the build sheet for the car. She asked me if it was anything we should save.
Opinions?

Sure, I'd save it even you only have a couple memories with the car. Its still cool and old.

The car was gone a couple years before I was born. So it has no sentimental value to me. That's why I was wondering about saving it.

When Mom first found it, I was hoping it was for the '73 Formula that Dad had and I recently got bought back. But, no such luck.

Nothing else, post a readable pic of the sheet.
Can have some useful info on it.
(for the data people)

P.S. good looking Formula!

It has no value if you no longer have the car it belongs to. It can still be of interest to some who like to compile literature or compare options.

I too would love the sheet if it's actually a build sheet.

Or send it to me, let me copy it and I can forward it to Jonathan.

I'm fine with that.

From your posts, you have ALOT more information than me... I'm a novice compared to many here.

Scan it and share it with the world by posting it on here .

Then we ALL would have a copy.
That would be the coolest scenario.
And get many thanks from many thankful people.

Finally got a chance to scan and post. Van Nuys plant. Wondering if maybe it was originally purchased by a returning service member and driven home since it was originally in San Diego and by 1972 was at a car dealer in North central Iowa.

Don't know why it attached at a 90 degree angle. It's straight when I open the pic on my computer. Weird!

A friend of mine got out of the service in CA, bought a new 74 GTO drove back here, hated the car and sold it within a few months, so it probably happened quite often. He ended up buying a clean 1970 71? orbit orange buick stage 1 vert, I helped him sell that car in the early 90's for next to nothing, last heard it went to Colorado.

Yep. Dad used to talk all the time about getting the stuff to have a '71 Hemi Cuda waiting when he got off the plane. I don't remember why he changed his mind. But, he kicked himself often for that one!

Really appreciate you sharing the buildsheet on that 70 .

It looks to have been built for dealer inventory - usually the lower ledger will have
xxx Customer Order xxx
listed out on it.
If it was special ordered for/by an individual.

Still could have been bought new by a service man off the lot , though.

Thanks Justin
