Can't get any greener than "Gator Green". I could see why the triple white one was for sale.

The original owner of my 69 Judge convertible is also the original owner of car#13. He traded my car in on the 71. I met the original owner in 98. He is a super nice guy. He told me a story about the 71. He drove a truck for a living and on a cold morning it wouldn't start. They used the 71 to pull the truck to get it started and when it started to jumped forward on top of the Judge deck lid knocking off the rear spoiler. Ouch!

Wow - Scott does amazing work. That car is gorgeous! Why are there holes drilled in the frame on passenger side - was that normal in a vert frame? I had heard that the vert frames were fully boxed - correct? Also thought it was interesting that the hood latch springs are painted yellow.

Sure would look pretty next to my car - I bet they'd make some awesome looking babies!

Awesome car. One question - is that a '72 hood?

Yes on hood, and the hood tach is in wrong spot. It is not perfect but pretty darn near!

That hood seems to have come some time in the late winter/early spring of 71 - with that car being (looks like) an 05A build date, it would be correct. My 03D built unrestored 71 hardtop had the same hood, but my 01C convertible did not.

***Correction***

Car was built/invoiced in January - would not have come with that hood.

It's only about 10 miles from my house so I'll be there! We ought to get a dinner put together for PY members who come into town for this one!

Jeff:
The article in Hemmings Muscle Machines says he is selling a total of 56 cars, including the three Judge verts.

When the auction news was posted the first time in the Lobby back in June, the link only showed nine or ten cars for sale from the RM site.

COOL! PY Barbecue at BJ's house!

I just ordered my catalog (includes 2 tickets to auction & cocktail party), heading down Friday to DC to meet up with a buddy of mine & we'll be there for Saturday.
