I've seen car ads that say 'Bring Trailer'....that one should say 'Bring Broom'.

This is the pace car from the movie Days of Thunder.
A likely story.
Nice to see someone got 150,000 miles out of it before the turbo failed or caused an oil related engine failure. There can't be too many of these left that are still road worthy. An acquaintance of mine in Indiana had a black one 7-8 years ago.
I always thought those 90-96 GPs with the ground effects were an attractive design, and this one looks really sharp in the 'buccaneer red' with black trim. Trouble is, it's got that over rated moonroof on it, which would be a deal breaker for me even if the car was a runner.

"Up top a Tornado air vortex unit was added to a massive Edelbrock air cleaner"

Kmart go-fast goodies.

Not a bad price tho if there's no rust.

Yeah, basically, it's not a bad car at all. Put the interior back stock, maybe drop it down just a bit. I could even keep the Starsky-and-Hutch like stripe. Just never heard anyone refer to a 350 as a big block...thought that was amusing.

What? You don't like the matching throw pillows for the back seat sofa?

The stripe detail where it wraps into the door jamb is a nice touch. That infinity dissipation effect is special.

I don't care for those either. If it's a true 455 car then it's even more of a shame.
And I've always said the '73 GTO should have gotten the Grand Am nose.

I'd drive that blown big GTO like something out of Mad Max and love every minute of it. It has been a long time since I had to turn around to find the blower whine on the street....

I didn't know small block Pontiac heads would fit on a small block Chevy. Learn something new every day!

I don't know what the heck that seller is talking about, the only "Pontiac" heads I know of that would fit a SBC are the Nascar Pontiac Performance heads from the late 80's that were made for SBC's.

This poor car was ugly enough when it was Built. I can only imagine how mush $$$ was spent to "Improve" it.
