Default Crank turned cost

What's it cost to get a crank turned in your area? It's always been $100 round here.
Do they usually micro polish or do you have to specify?
I've always just dropped it off and said do what it needs in the past.

My local guy in NW Indiana charges $118 for a V8. I could get a little chaper from my buddy who owns a speed shop West of here.

For a "straight up" grind, we charge $120 for the V8. "Offset" grinds, extra material removed (like putting a 455 in a 400 block), etc. are an additional charge.
