Default Muncie M 20

I got the Muncie 4 speed On the bench. Took the cover off, looked pretty good .
Watched one of Paul's videos to make sure i put it back together right. I watched him spinning the trans by hand so i tried that so i could check for chipped teeth. I can't spin it, it will rock back and forth a tiny bit. Put in reverse and it spins EASY! Took it out of reverse, won't spin. I think i have it in second gear.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
LET
