Seems like a good deal...depending on how rusty.

Looks like been sit'n inside a long time.
Interior looks great shape.

R/F lower valance pretty bad. May be able to save...
Both lower fenders at doors gone.
Both front lower doors rusted thru but may be able to save...
R/R lower quarter gone.
L/R wheel well lip and possible lower rear gone too.

A good body man could probly save it buy patching and sectioning. Be alot of labor.
Like to see inside the trunk.

They say green interior? Looks gold to me. I'm guessing Espresso brown ext. with antique gold int. The odd thing is how nice the interior appears compared to the rest of the car.

"Numbers matching 71 Formula 455 , super rare 1 of 350 made out of 7802 formulas total for that year. 100% complete and original , Every single thing is original on the car including the tires, It has original 43K original mileage and I have the paperwork / documents to prove that. Original 455 . 4 barrel , TH400 trans, Floor shifter console, 8 Track and dash clock. Factory non- AC car .
The car starts , runs and drives but NO brakes currently. The frame rails are solid except one bad spot about 2x4 area on the bottom of the pass rail . over all very solid, the trunk floor is all there , the interior is very good , rip in driver seat, headliner is mint / perfect . the floor is good just needs a patch below the pedals, subframe support and seat pans are all solid, Rocker panels are mint . This is 100k + car when restored and the work is not that bad , you can see for yourself Hagerty Values 70K restored with high miles, this is documented 43K miles and engine / trans / drive line are like new , runs excellent. Looking for 30k Or best reasonable offer, low ballers need not apply , serious buyers only. CALL 518 NINE two 8 NINE 2 6 ONE "

I don't think he realizes there was another step up from the D-Port 455 .
Its not a 455 HO RoundPort car , but he is using the RoundPort pricing structure.

In that condition, i would say he would be TREMENDOUSLY Lucky to get even close to half of what he is asking.

A much nicer 73 455 Formula was just sold by a PY member for under 15k .
Dark Blue with Beige Interior in drive anywhere condition.
Matching #'s throughout
Real fair deal , but didn't sell until it went to eBay.
Then it sold in just a day or two

Yup.
When you see a rear valance panel looking like the one on this car, there's all kinds of bad stuff lurking underneath...

Question, did the inside door handles change for the GP in '70? Friend had a '69 and I remember how cool the inside and out side door handles were.
