remove with a rubber hammer. Place the glass on a padded surface, use a wood block to catch the edge of the trim. it is pressed on and has a black felt rubber lining that holds it in place. Tap it off and be careful not the break the glass. Only tap against the trim. you will see it move. start on the lower end and work your way up.
Install the reverse way using urethane for window installs. Run a thick bead in the trim, press it on with your hands and add two strips of masking tap to hold it on until it dries. do not clean the urethane off until it dries. you will create a big mess.
