Thought I would update a few things. Since the last post was awhile ago, I had the fans upgraded on the cooling system to Derale 16 inch fans and they flow 4,000 cfm. Another item upgraded was the whole car was rewired using American Autowire. The last item is the rear suspension. Goodbye leaf springs, Hello bolt on 4-link and coilovers. Ridetech is the system used. Here are some pictures of the rear suspension in stages.

So it uses the original leaf spring axle mount for the lower bars?
How close to being on the road?

That is correct the kit uses the original leaf spring mounts for the lower bars. It will be about 1.5 months. Other items are on the list and then it is off to the body shop. |
