Default Interior finished

Here are a few pictures of the newly redone black interior. I did the carbon fiber texture using vinyl wrap. I dyed the door panels black. the dash was cracked so I installed a dashcap. The rear kick panels were cracked I repaired them using dura glass & glass cloth & coating them with black bedliner spray. The carpet is new. I installed a new headliner the cardboard base was shabby & damaged so I gave it two coats of fiberglass cloth before installing the headliner material to make it strong & stable. Everything done to the car has been bolted on & I have kept the orginal parts. I hope to enjoy cruising & driving this car this summer.
Thanks Mark

Just a question on the Doug Nash transmission. Was it a 5 speed with an overdrive or one of the 4+1 transmissions?

The reason I asked as the 4+1 was and is a better choice for top speed racing as it keeps the drive shaft rpm down below the critical speed. I have 2 of them, one is out of an old salt flat race car. It is the non-syncro dog box version. Not a street friendly transmission. Unfortunately Doug Nash got bought by Richmond and they no longer support any of the old stuff.

Is that the tar backed sound deadener or just the foil on both sides.
I bought some at lowe's and all I could find was the two sided foil?
thanks for any info.
