Any Differences in Non AC Heater Controls from 1970 to 77
Not sure what I have, trying to decipher if there are any differences in the turned face plate and internals in the non AC heater controls. Thanks in advance

At some point not too long into it they changed from DE-ICE to DEFROST for the one wording. Believe it was 1972.

1976-up heater controls are made out of a cheap black plastic instead of diecast metal. They also have a clear overlay instead of woodgrain or engine turned like the metal version.

I believe that the clear plastic overlay was used for all years;
The "extra" part is that the early cars had a cover which matched the dash insert that covered most of the plastic overlay.
