Let's just hope the mechanicals weren't as poorly executed as the paint work:

To his credit he does mention the run, as well as provide that picture.

"The only takeaway is the 6yr old paint. It has a run in it on the pass side so I will let the new owner decide on the color."

Wow, 10 mile range. That should get you to the bar and back! What more do you need.

He does know "just a little bit" about what he's trying to express/say.
It is an early Pattern Car / first batch of 2000 (*or first batch of 1000 - depending on data source) where all the first builds were same color with the same options.
Without going into full detail , that's the basic definition of the Early/First-Born Pattern Judges.

32 is his zone/district order number [00032] in the Invoice Order Number Box.
Just means it was the 32nd order that was built for that particular zone/district.
No big deal on the 32 .
Each zone/district would have had a #32
The 000part is the bigger denominator , it signifies it was a Pattern/Zone order car of the First Born Group.

It is a desirable pedigree for an Orange RamAir III 69 Judge.
They had real good performance option content as built.

Weird deal but if previous owner does have the Right Stuff mentioned and will sell the stuff fairly - its a great car to restore.
