I need the choke linkage off a 72 carb with divorced choke.

Check with Quadrajet Power guy in central TX , you may have hell getting a vacuum choke pull off. I built a 72 Pontiac 455 carb last year and I recall I could find anything NOS or crap online and ended swapping some other stuff and bending rods to make a Frankenstein pull off that would slow the secondary flap transition to open WOT as original (wasn't using the choke itself but needed the choke related parts to not bog )

or just stick an electric choke conversion on it ?

I may not need this after all. I have a 69 carb that might be a good donor for choke parts. I'm using a buick 800cfm carb and swapped shafts to pontiac style. The pull off is also available.
