My '09 gaskets had the correct hole diameter just the placement was too close bowing the gasket up 1/4" off the deck maybe my block was off but the Victors dropped on. Maybe they used Felpros for their template.

My Pontiac Cometics have dropped on flat and no issues on any motors-IA2 block or factory blocks.

Is not rocket surgery to "adjust" (file-fit) the dowel pin holes to achieve joy.
