thanks, the slab is 6-7". A few inches thicker where the 2 post is going. 30x40' with 12' walls.

1200 Sq. feet is a nice size. My little pole barn is 24X32. It's tight for 2 cars with a lift in there. Local code would not allow me to go any larger.

6"-7" is fine for a 10K lift at 3000 p.s.i. You should be in good shape.
