By that time I think if you had a wagon or police/taxi you got a heavier duty suspension, IE, 11x2 1/2 rear drums vs. 9x2, 12in front rotor w/D52 calipers vs. the 10 3/4 with metric calipers, 5 on 5 lug pattern and so on.
