Thanks. It's actually a Porsche BC CC color. Since I did a restomod, I wanted a modern twist on the original color.

Damn, that's a beautiful car. That green is so unusual.

Very cool - I had assumed Keylime, too.

Hey Keith. I could discern it wasn't a Pontiac 70s green. Nice shade. Hey I have been thinking of a white interior in my Lucerne 70 ta. Everyone makes their 70s factory correct so I'm thinking of being different with the blue car and keeping the white high documented 70 original. What do you think of the white inside the blue?

When I owned my 70 lucern blue/deluxe sandalwood trans am (which needed a complete restoration) I considered restoring it with a white deluxe interior, mostly because I didn't think the sandalwood would look good on a lucern blue car. I eventually sold the car without restoring it so I never had to make the decision. It would be real easy to do a 70 interior in white now that Legendary is making firebird interiors. I've dealt with them regarding custom stuff and they were very accommodating. I think it would look cool.

Thanx Eagle. I agree it would be a real attention getter at Nats etc.

Btw I think you would like the sandlewood wrapped by the Lucerne. It's close to the camel inside the Martinique in 78 and that is a highly sought car. Real aesthetic combo.

Disclaimer: sandlewood is nowhere close to camel. My memory was way off. Appreciate the email whippings from my "friends". Beer is on me in Dayton next year. 😀

Yep - White interiors look great with the blue cars. You can see this on '71/'72 cars, as they were available that way.

Doing it on a '70 would be "different", but would probably be assumed original by everyone except for a handful of people...most of whom are on this board!

Hey Keith, good to hear from ya and thanx for chiming in with your opinion. Much respected. My goal is to just be able to easily find my car at Tipp. 😋

Default Annual car wash

The Boss is right Bruce. There are buttons, snaps & even garment materials that are very abrasive to paint. So for you helper...the less clad the better.

Oh yeah, nice car man!

Video of said helper would be appropriate as well, Bruce. Great picture of your car...reminds me of the day my signature photo was taken!

My daughter would do it, she snowblowed a driveway in a bikini for a guys bet a bit ago LOL. This time it was my wife.. and me with a crutch on one arm and nozzle in the other. I wonder if I just tossed a bikini on the hood at a car show if that would get a trophy? lol
This car doesnt go to far these days lack of funds and time...
