Journalists are a whole different breed. Without all those extra words, those mags would be pretty thin. They are probably told how many words their articles have to have. The same goes for TV news people. We all know that "at this point in time" really means "now".

Agree. A simple list of stock items and detail examination of the non-stock stuff it what I look for...

Just sent to me by my son in law. At least it has a cool hood ornament!
(He knows I'm a Pontiac guy, and my daughter's 1st car was a Chevette).
Wonder how this thing handles with that camber issue.

That's not camber, that's the weight of a real engine (even though it is a Chevy) vs. the weight of what used to be there.

There were 1 or 2 K wagons build by Pontiac (they look much better than this example), and an after market company built some kinda based on the Pontiac Prototypes, but a lot uglier!!!! This looks to be one of after market cars.

Priced about $16k too high. Near zero demand for the early-mid '70s land yachts.

On the real ones the side windows opened. The lines were a lot more graceful on the real ones too.

That I would buy. That makes sense. The aftermarket one might do that too, but I assumed it didn't.
It actually surprised me that the true one does.
I'm sure I wouldn't want to pay for one these days, though.

Hi CL, Im wondering if anyone knows or has seen this car. It is a 1998 Hyundai Accent painted like the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard TV show. I sold this car 3 years ago to a guy named Rob Pike in Glouceter & would like to buy it back. I know Rob only had the car for about 2 months & then sold it. The paint job was just spray paint, so I'm sure it's all faded if the car is still around today. If you know anything at all, please contact me, thank you so much.

I'm betting the car's for sale and the seller is trying to attract flippers and opportunists.
