Default Rear Spoiler Mount Studs - Source?

Have a few studs missing on the center and side sections of my T/A project, must have somewhere been misplaced.

Anyone know of a source or possible alternate replacement?

Are you referring to the threaded studs with the flat shoulder? Every cheap and busted spoiler has a set ready to use.

I am not finding any close by to me, and most for sale I am seeing are not all busted up.

Have a source for some busted up ones? Link?

Have you tried the other side of the world? That's where I get mine, good or busted. They aren't hard to find if you live in the US.

Yes, I'm in Virginia. The ones I see for sale are good ones, and even some of those don't have the studs in them.

New ones do have the studs but are more cost to eat just for the studs.

there seem to be guys here who are hardware experts;
I’m sure you can get replacements…

The “other side of the world” comment made me chuckle!

I'm in Australia. I've had no trouble sourcing decent spoiler ends from the US and having damaged ones turn up. Not from careless shipping but false descriptions. Even a couple that had already been replaced with thread stock, still worked but failed to mention.

Can you use pieces from the OER '67-9 kit?

I ordered some, will see how useful they are. Should know Monday or so, will share info.

I think the long ones in the kit are too long, and the short ones may be too short. But that's going entirely by the image on the ad.

Sorry it won’t let me delete the duplicate… tried 3 times but I think the P/N you may try is B-13780

Yes, looked at AMK, was one of the first places I tried, and several others, I have yet to find the specific studs.

You know... I could not find a source for new ones also! I only had one missing and my body man was ready to mount the spoiler soon so I was panicking!
I was going to just have somebody braze the correct style washer on a length of 1/4-20 threaded rod, but my neighbor came to the rescue and "borrowed" me one off of his spare spoiler! LOL He's got a 78 and 79 TA and thankfully has a lot of spare parts!

Good luck in your hunt!

Rear spoilers don’t sell. The parters have a ton of them.
Jay one, take the studs out, use it for a wall hanger.

/\ that’s surprising!?
For a long time (at least for me) they were easy to sell.
Is this a recent development?

I still have one, because it’s an early one.
(the one I used to have on my car, I sold
a long time ago)

Rear spoilers in good shape sell all the time in my experience on ebay & other online sources, if the price is reasonable...

I have a couple repairable center spoilers with some type of minor damage or stripped holes and have quite a few of these studs/nuts from all the cars Ive parted out, came in handy restoring 2 of my cars since I couldnt find exact repros either.

I have a wall hanger with no studs, gave them to a guy on another forum,
2 guys locally that part cars, one guy gave me a yellow spoiler to donate to a restaurant, another guy donated one to Duggans up on Woodward, it’s hanging upstairs, and he gave me my wall hanger. The only time you need one is if you get into an accident, they don’t wear out.
I’ll ask Roy what he has if your interested
