Rear brake lines .
I have a 73 firebird .Cant figure out where splitter block mounts .Where i think it mounts the hose isnt long enough .And if i mount it on diff in the upper bolt .The left brake line isn t long enough .And the right is to long .Rear isnt à 73 .Unknown year .Car in on stands on the frame .

The F body cars had hoses that were maybe just long enough, or maybe just a little too short. If you let the rear axle dangle, they sometimes pulled the hose out of the crimp on the block.
You'd be doing yourself a favor to find one an inch or 2 longer than the OEM length. I owned a 76 that I let the rear axle dangle, pulling the hose out of the crimp on the block. By the same token I've seen ones too long that rubbed a hole in the rubber hose. You have to hit the happy medium and make sure when at ride height it isn't rubbing on something else. |

Thanks for the reply guys .It is hanging at its maximum .With stands under frame .I am thinking of getting à longer hose .Just have to find one 1 1/2 to 2 inches longer .And yes all the hoses are tight .Even the fronts .
