Default Procomp intake 301

I was looking at craigslist and found this. Ad says 301, but I don't believe Procomp ever offered this intake for the 301. Is this maybe not a 301 in this Firebird?

LOl, that’s NOT a 301 or 265.

Notice the engine oil dipstick, close to the pass side valve cover? That tells us it is not a 301 or 265.
Those two step children of Pontiac engines had their engine dipsticks behind the driver side valve cover, nowhere else!

its not a trans am either... or if it is someone removed the t/a fenders, hood & wheel flares & installed some cheap incorrect ebay decals. seller clearly doesnt know what the car is or what engine it has.
