Call me crazy, but I would love to have a '40 Packard 120 coupe or a '39 Cadillac Series 61/'37 LaSalle Series 50 coupe. I think these vehicles are absolutely beautiful in their styling. The 346 Cadillac/LaSalle V-8 and the Packard straight eight are two of the best running engines of the era.

Late ‘80’s G bodies for me. I learned how to drive in my father’s ‘86 MCSS. I loved that car. I’ve had a couple of my own over the years but always wanted a white ‘85 442 with T-tops.

I had an 87 that was very well cared for - pretty nice for 80's cars.

During the 90's we had an '84 SS and an '84 Hurst/Olds, plus my '70 442 (Pontiac powered) and a couple others. I like G bodies too.

Cars are like women, I can find something in any flavor that is like.
On top of my Firebird I recently picked up a 1964 Galaxie 500. Z code 390 4b 4 speed. Firebird has waaay more testosterone. But if I’m being honest the Galaxie is more pleasant to ride in.

23 Model T owned by local American Legion for over 60 years. Good old vets drove it in parades all over western Washington, 29 Model A and Nissan Patrols. Can't seem to find good pics of the A or Patrol?

For the G body fans, I remember back home in Connecticut there was a Pontiac dealer that was dressing up Grand Prix LE (the two tone paint ones) as GTO's. They actually looked pretty cool. My father wasn't sold on Grand Nationals because they were V6. He thought they should put the FI turbo on a V8 and then you could have a G-body GTO. |

My dad and I have been working on our collection for as long as I can remember. When I was 10 I think we had 9 cars? All junk of course!
Anyway- we started out wanting a Pontiac from each decade, then each gen if Firebird...and so on and so on. Then we started looking at what are the iconic cars (that we like) outside of Pontiac and decided just to keep an eye out for a good deal- most of course are 80’s and 90’s because that’s where the good deals have been in the last 15 years. Cars we love and have picked up: 67 Camaro RS 69 Charger (General Lee) 69 Marauder X-100 (this is still a project) 73 K5 (wife’s grandfathers originally) 73 Caprice convertible 86 Iroc-Z 86 Grand National 87 Saleen 95 Impala SS 96 Mystic Cobra 14 Mustang The rest are all Pontiac’s but these are cars that we saw as fun and iconic in their own way. Each one of them has their own story and most were 1-2 owner cars. Just waited until the right deal was there. Would still like to add a first gen mustang, high trim level corvair, 30th Anniv Camaro (white w/orange stripes), synergy green 5th gen Camaro and a Hellcat off some sort. It sounds like a lot, but it’s literally been 25 years of buying used cars before they are collectibles. Most were bought for 5k or less |

I love the Olds Cutlass.
Strangely and unexpectedly I have become a fan of the Ford Focus. Currently my daily driver is a SVT Focus. |
