On the 2 modern Mopar brand wheels I mentioned above just a note: The large standard 1963 "Tempest" wheelcovers fit those rims perfectly and once the covers are in-place you can't tell (unless a close, knee to the ground inspection) that anything is different.

The tiny dog dish covers and the 1963 "deluxe" 12 hole covers will not fit.

Great tidbit of info!! This is excellent news for those that want the safety of disc brakes while retaining the original stock look!

Tom - sorry to hear that but I would like to learn more about the incident.

What kind of tire, and how old? Did you hit something or did it just let go? Was this your brown '63?

Default Mopar rims

Tom, I used mopar rims on the hot rod after the Scarebird disk conversion. They are 15x5 and coded jj. Number stamped on them is 3633171. By adding a 1/4" spacer they clear with 215/70-15 tires. I think the date code is m 39 3.

Keith, found out it was a valve stem.Tires were perfect(except Xrta wearing on inside from alignment issue)found it when I got it off the car.Stem still there but separation at the rim.Very old tires and stems.I started another thread in the lobby about it.Tom

Will the Tempest "dog-dish" caps fit these Mopar wheels?

Never though when I did my 63 conversion. Had Moser make the axles with the same bolt pattern as a 9 inch Ford so I have 2 bolt patters and 1 spare. My 61 wagon has both the same. To be old and wise had too be young and stupid

Tom,
Did you ever come up with the 2019 or 2047?
I bought 2106 for a 93 Town and Country...5 inch back space NO GO!
We are looking into the 2019 and want to be sure that these will work

I'm petty sure that a 15" Ford Ranger wheel fits over my Skybird discs but haven't tried it ... let me know, since this is what my spare is?
