I get it fairly often....Unfortunatly, most of the time it's about the '67 Judge with the 409 tripower their Uncle had in high school...lol...Oh yeah, it would lift the front tires off the ground. All fun though...lol

And here I too thought it was a K code from the first images.
She looks real good! IMHO the Marina Turq is just as sweet as the Reef. I agree that a parchment interior sure would POP wrapped in the L paint. The Dark Aqua works real good with the K paint, to me it has the same effect as Parchment would wrapped in the L paint. Best of luck and enjoy the ride!

I just noticed that I keep referring to the color as Mariner instead of Marina. Next I'll be saying 'Enduro bumper' and 'Elderbrock carb'...lol

LOL! Here is an interesting reference as to how GM used this color in 1966. Pontiac is the only division that called it Marina Turquoise. http://www.paintref.com/cgi-bin/pain...quoise%7C10075

Wonder why they say it was only used in '66? Formula change perhaps? They certainly had and 'L' code called Marina Turquoise in '67 also.
Wow....learn something new every day. Now I know why I get the spelling so confused.. Marina= 1966 and Mariner=1967...same code and they look the same but they changed the name, an probably the formula just a bit.

Yes, what I'm saying is that after all these years, I'm just now noticing that there was a change in the spelling between the two years.
