Default Starter relay

Hi All,

Can someone tell me where the starter relay is located at on a 1969 Firebird?
I was at a car show today and I had a problem getting the car to start. I have never had this problem before. I could turn the ing. switch to the start position and nothing would happen. After awhile of moving this wire and that wire and letting it set it started up. One of the guys at the show said that it might be the starter relay.
any help would be apprecated.
