I purchased some power door locks recently, along with all the necessary wiring and the switch for the dash. I understand all the wiring just fine between the guy explaining it to me and looking at the wiring diagrams in my Fisher Service Manual and Fisher Body Manual. Where I'm stumped is, where do I mount the actual solenoids?? There are not pictures or diagrams in either the service or body manual, and I can't tell just by looking. Could somebody perhaps describe it to me, or even take photos?? Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin,
They are mounted at the bottom of the door, closer to the door skin side.
If you look along the frame of the door, you should see some dimple to locate the bolts.
