Pontiacs in Famous Photos
I see an early 1970s LeMans with Rally II wheels in the background of this photo anyone else have a well known photo with a Pontiac in it? The photo is from arround 1972 in NYC.
You know your a pontiac geek when you notice.............

Nice suits.
Not necessarily "famous" photos - but I have a whole thread of Pontiac "street scenes". Just random shots of life going on back in the day, but the rule is: there has to be a Pontiac somewhere in the pic - http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...d.php?t=588084 K

1973-77 LeMans or LeMans Sport Coupe. If the photo is indeed from 1972, it would have to be a 1973.

I believe it is from late 1974, or early 1975 and not just because the Lemans is a 73-75ish.
This was used for the Dressed To Kill album cover, which was released in March 1975. Also, their makeup is typical of the 1974 era. Early versions of their face paint were much more primitive than this. |
