Need Oil Filter for a '65 LeMans with headers.
Getting everything together now. My car is a 4 speed, has Doug's headers and has a Lakewood bell housing.
The supplied oil filter will fit in it's spot, but we can't get it up there. My choices are: 1. Find a narrower oil filter. 2. Set up remote oil filter. 3. Unbolt the oil filter housing and pull it out the top every time I do an oil change. (Been there, don't want to do that again.) I like to keep things simple, so my preferred solution is #1. What do y'all think?
