If you are going to do this on a wheel you've been using and not a new one, it is critical to use a good solvent prep to get all traces of oil from your skin
off the rim or you will have adhesion problems with the urethane. Also, be sure you don't touch it or handle it for 7 days, the stuff is slow to harden fully.
