I don't run it fast all of the time. I did it for the video. I only had 7 straight track pieces so can't expand. Besides we don't have the room. As it is now, we need to make sure nobody trips over the track as we go down the hall.
I was concerned about smoking it after 45 years of storage. It took a few minute until it started to work. Happy it all works!
