I just dug this up;
I have five-ish of these;
two from my car (pulled from a 1970 Camaro);
two are spares I have, and a fifth... well 1/4 of the fifth - is only the male (roof mount) end, and missing the metal belt end.

The early shoulder belts are fairly easy to identify because of the unique mounting end which should have a snap closed plastic cover.

The two from my car have faded blue tags with no readable printing;
The third one is a fairly nice looking blue tag, but again, unreadable printing;
The fourth is a faded and worn blue tag, but I can read the Irvin model - it matches what RAIVJUDGE showed - 2050, and I think the date might be 7A70.
The fifth one is a white tag, and is almost perfectly readable;
It has a printed GM part number of 9610210
It has a printed Irvin number 2206
It has a printed date of 13A72
