Thanks all for responses. The rear bumper cover on my car (77), from new....has never looked right. As it has aged it has this pebbly cottage cheese look on the surface. I got a used one the has a small tear in it. Looking forward to repairing it, and installing it!!!

I've had a few do the same thing. They turn into a chalky, crunchy mess. But I've had others that are beautiful.
