The Filler panel was ordered. It was no cost and some dealerships had them in the parts room and put them on cars under warranty with cooling issues. I have one on a NON AC car and it really works well.
Rare to see it on a Window sticker. On a 1970 Core support, the top plate is pre drilled for these. Since the top plate area where it mounts is 2 sheets of metal a tech still needed to drill the bottom plate. This made it fit perfect and went on fast.
