a few more questions. would a service replacement carburetor not have the two letter plant code on it? also what is the value of a 7041267 service replacement carb that was made by Carter?

were the venturi rings on these carbs ground off...

were the venturi rings on these carbs ground off at the factory or were they not even cast in?

Do the 197 casting H.O. cylinder heads have hardened valve seats? Do I really need hardened valve seats to run on pump gas? also what is the process of having that done?

there was no A1 block but there was an AI which is a 1960 389ci 283hp

No, the 350 flywheel will not fit on the 455...

No, the 350 flywheel will not fit on the 455 crankshaft. but it wouldn't work even if it would fit, you need a flexplate for an automatic transmision
