I've lost touch with him now but had a Pontiac friend back in the late 80's with this flare treatment on his 70 GTO and he was damn proud of it. I thought it looked like crap even back then!

damn, I missed that, blends in with the concrete on the sidewalk. Not much of a windscreen. Maybe just for trying to deflect bugs when he's traveling the highway at 85! I'm guessing the "door ajar"...
