Don't measure diameter.....thats just about impossible. Do it like we did when I raced 3 wheelers....measure circumference......its much more accurate.

Clear zinc is clear spray paint with the zinc color mixed in so its not completely transparent. Its made to look like the original zinc plating......which is just that, a plating similiar to chrome...
