Yup, it was a bent Idler Arm bracket. I have no idea how that happened... I compared the old bent one to the new one and WOW, it was really whacked.... Thanks for you input.

After inspecting EVERYTHING this morning, I do believe I have a bent Idler Arm bracket. Everything else lines up. The bottom bolt on the bracket lines up and bolts up to the frame OK...
