I wouldn't trust it to come back a documented GTO - would do that first.
PHS has emergency service - be sure to emphasize it is an emergency....

On the older billing history cards 1967 through 1970 there were boxes to list EUN and TUN.

Since the 80's restorers have been relocating proper replacement engines for upper crust cars.

Deluxe/Custom was an extra cost and would be shown on the Invoice.
I highly prefer Deluxe and would have also upgraded it myself.

You could cross check the date on the "76" 4bbl intake and see if it falls right in line with the dates on the heads and the block.
But it shows to be 2bbl originally.
