Stan not exactly sure on actual valve spacing but pretty sure is as wide as you can go on a 4.620 bore center with a 4.350 bore yes the valve relief will need to be tweaked a little.

Head gaskets have never been a problem with the high port head and the super wedge will be the same as both have water jackets around center exhaust port unlike some of the competition.
