The engine (w/generator) needs to be turning at least about 1,600 RPM to discuss the voltage. At that speed voltage at the battery should be at least 14 volts.

A rare day with almost no time in the shop. It felt good to get out- at a brand new mini-golf course- getting second place to #1 son, but beating #2 son, the wife, and daughter-in-law....

You asked which balancer mark is TDC;; the more-counterclockwise mark is TDC, viewed from the front.

I've got an old aftermarket turn signal switch (TB 16-12) to clamp to the steering column of the '26 Pontiac. Using an ohmmeter I've figured out the wiring, and the switch works fine. But I'm puzzled...
