Dean, your heads have only been bowl ported and as such on the Intake side only flow at best some 230 odd cfm over the stock best of some 208 cfm.
laying back / cutting the chamber wall back is not needed until air flow numbers of 250 cfm or better are on hand.
If you need to cut back that chamber wall for compression reduction reasons, that's ok but that sharp stock type lip needs to be ground back in!
That sharp eye brow as you call it acts like a fuel shear area and makes a given amount of fuel make more power to put it in simple terms.
If you do any chamber mods to the eye brows at all it should be to just break the edge on the exh side by rolling it over no more than 1/8th inch, the Intake can be rolled some 1/32 " but no more!
