Hi Bjorn, My wife and I just put our house on the market and are going to build another, very simular only smaller. We have the basic plan but want to tweek it a little. What does a set of plans cost these days? Just trying to get our budget ready and thought you would know. We are looking at about a 2500 sf house 1 floor and would need the foundation plans as well.
